[Events] ToF Restaurant Roll Call Weekly Rythum

Attached is an excel sheet I created in order to track the progress on the restaurant front.  I suggest that everyone take a look at it, make corrections where needed, and shoot it back to me.  Whenever you get feedback from a restaurant (good, bad, or just making contact) email it to the events at brevardteaparty.com group.  I will compile it weekly and send it out for all of you to monitor the progress and accuracy on Monday evenings.  The column marked "status" is a red, yellow, green indicator for us to know a snapshot of the current situation.  Red means a restaurant has declined, yellow means contact but no commitment/decline, and green means they are committed and Matt has the restaurant's registration form.

I have compiled what we have so far from email traffic.  If I have missed anything, please get back to me.

We will go over this list in detail at the events meeting on 27 March at Denny's as well.
