Again, I'm sorry I cannot be there Wed. night, and have to leave now for an appt. tonight, so won't be at ACT meeting. /will be at BREC on Thurs. night.  

Unless some folks have not been commenting, I cannot see the activity going on with the planning on this, and don't want it to be a dud.    Sorry, I didn't know how busy I would be, and with economy what it is, these restaurants are not jumping at the 'bait'.     I just do believe we have our ducks in a row, and would hate NOT getting the people out to break even on the expenses of renting that center.       Alice

Perhaps everyone will 'do their thing' before Wed. Hope so.
But lets use common sense here.

Alice, we went over this date at two different meetings and at the site view, we again went over the date. Everyone agreed that Matt’s date was fine. Just to let you know this place is expenses and Matt has made printouts to be given out on Wednesday night at the Tea Party Meeting. I think that Matt needs to let you all know what is going on and I believe he will tomorrow night.

I totally agree, Robin!   I'm sure AVET would appreciate it too, as their April schedule is crazy. 

We definitely need to get a WHOLE lot more accomplished on this than we have now.   This just does NOT seem like a good time and hasn't since its inception! 

Freedom Works is also planning an event in April for Orlando...and guess what date they chose???   yep, April 20th.

I put the kabosh on it, and haven't heard a word back yet.

Wanted to add to my earlier email of suggesting moving it to June or sep if u want to avoid jul and aug.  nothing is pressing us to do this in such a short time.

Remember this is our coming out party and it has to be a success!
