Alice, we went over this date at two different meetings and at the site
view, we again went over the date. Everyone agreed that Matt's date was
fine. Just to let you know this place is expenses and Matt has made
printouts to be given out on Wednesday night at the Tea Party Meeting. I
think that Matt needs to let you all know what is going on and I believe he
will tomorrow night.

I totally agree, Robin!   I'm sure AVET would appreciate it too, as their
April schedule is crazy. 

We definitely need to get a WHOLE lot more accomplished on this than we have
now.   This just does NOT seem like a good time and hasn't since its
inception! 

Freedom Works is also planning an event in April for Orlando...and guess
what date they chose???   yep, April 20th.

I put the kabosh on it, and haven't heard a word back yet.

Wanted to add to my earlier email of suggesting moving it to June or sep if
u want to avoid jul and aug.  nothing is pressing us to do this in such a
short time.

Remember this is our coming out party and it has to be a success!

Would we rather risk not having a successful event w low attendance and
poor, last minute planning because we don't want to push it forward or do we
want to guarantee a successful event w lots of attendance and a good
coordinated event by moving the date forward??

Vacations should not be a reason to move this forward.

This event in Oviedo should be vitally important to every 'tea party' person
in Brevard Co.    Its actually not that far from us!   And its very
reasonable to attend! To me, it is more important than the one day airshow
being held that day, that I am also supposed to work at.  

I'm sorry I will miss the meeting on Wed. due to a conflict with the
pageant, but I just don't know why it would be so difficult to move the date
up a little.  Matt, have you tried at all????    I'd be happy to speak to my
friends at the King Center to see what can be arranged.
