Hi Eric,
Read Alice  email be low...did not get the spreadsheet in an events  email 
to me..  Status from barbara and John: -Key lime Pie Company  committed, 
Amici's contacted and pending answer next week, Miyako contacted and  pending 
answer next week. These are the three assigned to us on the "master  
list".....John

proper channel....and it began copying all 18 pages!!!  Ug.   Then I ran 
out of ink, and while putting new cartridge in, it  timed out.   Then I had to 
fiddle and count and figure how many  pages I don'thave...and later, will 
have to cut and tape it together in order  to see it properly.   Geez, this 
is work.

I will be  concentrating on this AFTER this coming Sat.

Say, I have a couple  tickets for the event Sat. night I could sell you at 
almost nothing, if anyone  is able to get down to V.Bch. Sat. night at 7:

Attached  is an excel sheet I created in order to track the progress on the 
restaurant  front.  I suggest that everyone take a look at it, make 
corrections where  needed, and shoot it back to me.  Whenever you get feedback from 
a  restaurant (good, bad, or just making contact) email it to the  
events at brevardteaparty.com group.  I will compile it weekly and send it  out for all 
of you to monitor the progress and accuracy on Monday  evenings.  The 
column marked "status" is a red, yellow, green indicator  for us to know a 
snapshot of the current situation.  Red means a  restaurant has declined, yellow 
means contact but no commitment/decline, and  green means they are committed 
and Matt has the restaurant's registration  form.

I  have compiled what we have so far from email traffic.  If I have missed  
anything, please get back to me.

We will go over  this list in detail at the events meeting on 27 March at 
Denny's as  well.
