I spoke with Donna at the King Center just now. There is no penalty to
change the date so long as the date we choose is prior to their fiscal year
end which is June 30th. The dates we are looking for are before then, so
we're good. It sounds like both June 15th and 22nd are available. She is
double checking and will be back to me by close of business today.
